Christmas Gift Wrapping
I'm sure we're not the only ones who leave their Christmas gift wrapping a little last minute! Oops. However, even though it may be cutting it a smidge close, it doesn't mean the look of the wrapping has to suffer.
When wrapping we love to use natural brown papers, try to find papers that have two useful sides, and make good use of creativity with things like ribbon, twine, chalk markers and natural accessories like pine and rosemary.
Here's some of our favourite gifts we wrapped this year that we're so excited to give our friends and family.
This brown paper with red reindeer from Winners is perfect for versatile wrapping. It's beautiful with a simple bow, or you can reverse it like we did for that plain brown paper look and jazz it up with some lettering or a pine bough.
Chalk markers, like the one in the photo here from Michaels, makes for an easy yet impressive look for your Christmas wrapping. Having each one unique makes for an extra special gift.
You may be surprised by what you can achieve by using natural elements you may have in your garden. These pine boughs and some leftover rosemary work perfect on the top of a gift in place of your standard bow!
Ribbon and Twine
Sometimes it's nice to keep it classic and tie a simple bow. This year we used beautiful red velvet ribbon, some fun white ribbon with fuzzy details, both from Winners, and some simple twine from the Dollar Store.
