We Wore: Ragmaw
It's safe to assume that you have already noticed these gorgeous handbags being donned by fashionable people around Newfoundland. If you haven't noticed them yet, we're sure you will after reading this. These locally made bags by Ragmaw are the new must-have unique piece. Now in high demand locally, the company is growing and amassing an audience outside of the province.
Craftsman and owner of Ragmaw, Megan Jackman, invited us to her studio at 175 Water Street recently to take a look at her latest creations for the new spring/summer line. As we made our way into the gorgeous showroom, we were immediately taken aback by the bright and fresh feel of the room which perfectly matched the vibe we were feelin' from creeping these boho-inspired bags from the Ragmaw instagram account.
After our visit with Megan at Ragmaw's studio, we felt inspired. We slipped into our favourite light and bright bohemian-style pieces, donned our brand new Ragmaw bags and set out for a photoshoot in the Spring sun.
Although we often aren't big wearers of colour, these bags were an easy way to add a little pop of both colour, pattern and texture to an otherwise basic outfit. We love the rugged detailing and the naturalness of the fabrics and patterns used.
