We Stayed: JAG Hotel
Almost as soon as we checked into the JAG Boutique Hotel we wrapped ourselves in their cozy white robes, ordered room service and lazed around snacking and chatting on our comfy beds.
After enjoying our fruit platter, endless snacks and room service feast from Exile, we decided we had to trade our robes in for evening wear and head out for a drink!
Our go-to outfit during the chilly months is pairing a silky blouse with black jeans and timeless heels. It's always flattering, flirty, and not too revealing in the winter weather. However, one amazing thing about a stay at the JAG is that you don't have to go too far for a good bar. We only had to pop downstairs to the cool bar at Exile.

We sat ourselves up at the bar and admired the backdrop of well lit bottles and stunning artwork, all with a chic classic rock focus. We ordered two of the bar's popular cocktails, one of them being the aptly named Strawberry Fields, both were delicious and made with fresh ingredients!
Once we finished our cocktails at the bustling bar we made our way back upstairs through the photo-lined hallways. Our rooms were set with turn down service, which even included a set of Newfoundland Chocolate Company truffles - now that is my kind of night cap!
We woke early to enjoy the final hours of our fabulous stay at the JAG. With coffee brewing, we enjoyed lazing around the room and took full advantage of the rainfall shower, sunny view and of course, more of the white robes!

Clearly, we took full advantage of our comfy room and we didn't want to leave! Thankfully, the restaurant at the JAG Hotel, Exile, serves a delicious brunch! We reluctantly packed up our things and said goodbye to our robes and extravagant morning laze and made our way to our table for yet another feast!
Starting off with a delicious cup of coffee served in a cool steel carafe and two huge mimosas, we knew we were in for a treat! By the way, these massive mimosas are only $5!
Lauren chose their classic breakfast which included eggs, bacon, sausages, home fries and toast. I opted for the buckwheat pancakes which was served with cream and delicious orange-infused maple syrup. Of course, we also added in an extra side of bacon (because you can never have enough) and a sweet fruit salad.
Once our bellies were full and we had drained our coffee carafes of every last drop we said goodbye to Exile and the JAG and immediately started dreaming of another stay.
